- 支持非RTCP机床旋转轴的实时补偿 Parametric Rotary Axis Compensation:
当机床不具备旋转轴动态补偿功能,也就是控制器不支持G68.2,G43.4,Plane Spatial, M128,Cycle800,或TRAORI指令时,后处理自动补偿因旋转轴旋转引起的工件或刀具位置。 This feature compansates workpiece or tool position change due to rotary axis rotations parametrically when the rotary axis dynamic compensation is not provided by the CNC control units. (when G68.2, G43.4, Plane Spatial, M128, Cycle800 or TRAORI codes are not avaliable in CNC controllers)
- 转角头的使用 Angle Heads:
MANUS将各种类型的转角头预先设置在后处理中,可以在所有五轴机床上来直接使用直角头。 直角头后处理使用非常简单。在CAM系统中正常编程不用考虑转角头,MANUS后处理会自动处理,输出转角头加工用的G代码。 MANUSpost performs many geometric transformations using the angular head information which is predefined in MANUSpost. With this infrastructure, it is possible to develop a post processor to use an angled heads on all 5 axis machines and its use is very simple. After preparing the operation in CAD/CAM program without doing anything special for the angle head, all necessary calculations are performed automatically by MANUSpost.
- 极坐标转换 Polar Transformation:
对机床的某些操作会引起机床超程,这个时候MANUS后处理会自动激活C轴定位算法。 在这种情况下,直线轴锁定算法将被激活,某根直线轴将被锁定,使用C轴来代替。 With MANUSpost, for operations that can not be performed due to the machine axis limits, “C axis positioning algorithm” is automatically activated. However, if the stock sizes are too large, this algorithm may be insufficient. In this case, the linear axis locking algorithm is activated and this ensures that the cutting is performed by using the C axis. This is done by locking a linear axis andusing the C axis instead.
- 3轴操作中C轴定位 Selecting C axis Orientation For 3-Axis Operations :
这个算法用于用户自定义C轴转台位置来进行3轴加工。使用本算法对于超出机床行程的零件,无需人工重新安装零件或人工定位C转台来避免直线轴超程。 This optional algorithm is used to perform 3-axis cutting operations in any user defined C-axis (rotary table) position. With this special algorithm, the parts that are bigger than the machine lineer axis limits can be machined without the need of reorienting the cut stock on the rotary table or by manually adjusting the C axis position that will eliminate the lineer axis limit exceeding.
- 支持多种类型操作 Support Multiple Operation Types:
MANUS一个后处理能支持不同类型的加工类型,包括车,3轴,5轴联动等。无需每个操作进行预处理或用多个后处理进行处理。 With MANUSpost, different types of head, turret, lathe, 3 axis, indexed, polar, simultanous and similar types of operations can be supported in the same post processor without having to define a different operation or to prepare a different post processor for each operation type and each different head.
